All companies, results, targets, dates, and risk assessments in this prototype are fictional. The five focus areas come from the RCA17 pre-read.
Requirements with evidence meeting the minimum acceptance target, divided by all approved, active requirements. Untested requirements and results awaiting review remain in the denominator. Draft and retired requirements are excluded.
Requirements meeting the more demanding objective, divided by the same total. Every optimal result also meets threshold.
We sum met requirements and total requirements across companies. These are requirement-weighted results, not averages of company percentages. Each company has one primary focus area in this mockup.
Likelihood × impact, each scored 1–5. Low: 1–7; moderate: 8–14; high: 15–25. Company risk is the highest open risk score. Focus area risk is the highest company risk. This is a proposed rubric for review, not an official TSE17 standard.
RCA17 Read-Ahead v1.0 supplies the focus areas and innovation cycle. The Layne discussion informs the portfolio-to-evidence journey. REQTRACE supplies the SOW-to-requirement pattern; its extracted support-contract requirements are not performer acceptance criteria.
